Q. I loved the #MariameTaughtMe postcards. Will you be selling those again?
A. No, I will not be selling the postcards again, sorry! They had a glorious run between 2017 – 2020 in which we sold thousands with partial proceeds towards organizations of Mariame Kaba's choosing, including the Chicago Freedom School and Circles & Cyphers.
Q. Can I avoid shipping costs and just pick the prints up?
A. No, unfortunately not. I am not printing them myself so they will be coming straight from a U.S. based printing facility.
Q. What if my print arrives damaged?
A. Oh no! If the print itself (not the package, cause then that's a USPS issue) arrives misprinted or damaged, please email me as soon as possible. I will need to file a claim within 7 days of receiving the damaged print so that I can either get your money back or have them re-send a new one.
Q. I accidentally put the wrong address for shipment! Can you change it for me?
A. If you catch it immediately after placing the order, there's a slight possibility I might be able to update the address before your order starts getting fulfilled. However, once it ships out, it's out my hands, and will most likely return to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they receive the right address.
